LKN ANALYSIS Ltd. is investing heavily in people, systems and new methodologies, so that is always capable of providing state-of-the-art services to its clients.
The company has an interdisciplinary staff who specialise in economics, regional and local development, management, business administration, public policy, environment, spatial and urban planning, agriculture and rural development, and who collectively have linguistic expertise in Greek, English, French and Romanian. There is also a pool of approximately 20 experts from all fields of expertise who cooperate with the company on a freelance basis.
All of the executives and consultants have expertise and significant experience in specific areas of the company’s activities, so that the services provided are distinguished for their high professional level and the possibility of their application in the business environment.

Michalis Nikitaridis – Partner & Managing Director
Michalis Nikitaridis is an Economist, holding a Degree from the University of Piraeus and a MSc. in Regional Development from the Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Regional Development Institute of Athens. During his over 35-year professional career he has been responsible for a wide range of services related to the design, implementation, management and evaluation of EU Cohesion policy in Greece and Cyprus. He is Partner and Managing Director at LKN ANALYSIS Ltd. He has also worked as Research Associate at the Regional Development Institute of Panteion University.
Skilled in: business administration, public policy, policy and programme evaluation, project management, project development, strategic planning, regional policy and regional development, European Structural and Investment Funds, policy implementation systems, feasibility studies.
Since 1996, as Managing Director at LKN ANALYSIS he has worked as project leader or team member in most of the projects undertaken by the company from Greek or European public authorities. He has also participated as an expert in several working groups and councils established by Greek ministries.
His working languages are Greek (native language) and English.
Dimitris Lianos – Partner & Associate Managing Director
Dimitris Lianos holds a Degree in Mining & Metallurgical Engineering from the Polytechnic School of Bucharest, Romania, and a MSc. in Regional Development from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Regional Development Institute of Athens. He is Partner and Associate Managing Director at LKN ANALYSIS Ltd.
Skilled in: public policy, policy and programme evaluation, project management, strategic planning, regional policy and regional development, European Structural and Investment Funds, Common Agricultural Policy, policy implementation systems.
He has extensive experience (over 35 years) in management consulting in the areas of the EU Cohesion policy and rural development policy (Pillar II of CAP) and, in particular, in the design, management and evaluation of the European Structural and Investment Funds operational programmes. He has participated as expert or project manager in evaluations and assessments of the European Structural and Investment Funds in Greece and Cyprus. He is the geographical expert of the European Evaluation Network for Rural Development 2014-2020 for Greece and Cyprus and he held the same position in the 2007-2013 programming period.
His working languages are Greek (native language), English and Romanian.
Victoria Chorafa – Senior Manager
Victoria Chorafa is an Economist, holding a Degree from the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens and a MSc. in Regional Development from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences, Regional Development Institute of Athens. She has an over 30-year experience in consulting with an expertise in the design, management and evaluation of European Structural and Investment Funds in Greece and Cyprus. She is Senior Manager at LKN ANALYSIS Ltd.
Skilled in: public policy, policy and programme evaluation, project management, strategic planning, regional policy and regional development, local development, European Structural and Investment Funds, rural development policy (Pillar II of CAP), policy implementation systems.
She has participated as project manager or team member in specific evaluation services of EU policies in Greece and Cyprus. She also has important experience in country-specific studies from her participation as national expert for both countries in a number of EU-wide evaluation projects and studies.
